Why Should you use a Tenant/Buyer Representative?

A Tenant/Buyer Rep brings industry knowledge, experience and seasoned negotiating skills to your side of the table. A Tenant/Buyer Rep works for you, (NOT the Landlord or Seller) and will ensure you find the right space, obtain the best terms and avoid costly mistakes.


Is your Landlord's renewal offer less advantageous than offers made to new tenants?

To attract new tenants a Landlord must match aggressive competitors in rent rate, concessions and amenities. However, a Landlord knows that the majority of existing tenants want to avoid the cost and disruption of moving and will therefore offer "as-is" terms, minimal consideration and increased rates.
